Hi defenders.
Just came back from the PC event, it is fun~~. Thanks again.
I would like share some ideas.
To encourage people play more cooprate. We could add the No Hero Switch Allowed Mode besides mixed and hardcore.
In this mode, everyone bring their favorate hero and cooperate with others. The spawn can be reduced in this mode to compensate the time people team up.
Besides, the most factor discourage me to play with others is lag and loot. Although the lag has been better since last patch, it is still serious in 6 or more people maps. Hope you guys can find some sulotions.
Thanks.
Sorry about my bad English again.

The only problem i see with this is what do people do if they are on a character they dont want to be on and join the game? They wouldn't be able to switch to the correct character they want/need if they are just joining the game. They would have to go all the way back to the character select screen and even by that time the game might be gone. I get it, don't start it without a full party but people can dc or just have to leave.
It would be some-what strange to manage this, and yes, like david said it would be troublesome if you joined on the wrong character.
Well, I think if they really wanted to add this mode they could add a way for when you first joined to choose your character. Like a pop up screen when the build phase starts.

I like the idea, but maybe a simpler one would be to simply divide up the DU evenly between all the characters. i.e. you have 30 DU that only you an build with and so do each of the other players.
It would sort of accomplish the same task of encouraging working together.

That would be pretty cool although I think you would run into issues when people don't join until round four or five.

Only problem about your DU sharing idea: Let us say an EV is setting beams. She has 30 Du only, but needs 32 to make 8 4-length beams. The other players want these beams too. EV can't due to restriction.
You might have to add an option "donate DU" to player then.

Along with this you're talking about a squire only placing 5 harpoons... which can be done i guess. That and auras which take a large chunk... but at any rate a character select screen would be great. But really when you think about it, wouldn't a character select screen be useful in almost any game? or a quick option in the lfg screen?

They really need to add a way to choose your character after you join a game regardless.
Too many times I feel up for joining an online public game, but I'm on a random character and get booted before I have a chance to even ask what they want, or that I'm on a different character... It's tedious to go back to the character select screen or make a lobby just to change characters before joining a public game.

Yeah that's true, although I haven't run into the issue anymore I know what you mean.
