Annoying black lines around every mesh

Is there any way to remove those black lines around everything? I saw some issues with that when using 3D, showing, that it could possibly be removed somehow. I also found out, that if u turn off post procesing for example in a tavern, start a game (switch a map) those black lines are gone, even when u turn post processing on. Unfortunetely that turns back to normal when changing a map again. I already saw some graphic tweak guides, but i coudnt find this thing anywhere...:demon:
Anyone knows how?
