The PSN trophy list doesn't necessarily mirror the In-game trophy list. You'll need to check in the game and see what you need left to get the Legendary Defender. Once you get that, then the chicken will show up in your forge next time you log into your game. My guess is that for some reason the Playstation recognized the trophy but the game itself did not save the accomplishment. Dunno why that would have happened but that's my guess.
