Ever since new patch, rotate camera doesn't work.

This has happened to three people including me.

The "rotate camera" control normally bound to the left ctrl button seems to be permanently unbound since this last patch. Resetting to defaults in the config tool doesn't work(the config tool actually displays the hotkey, while ingame the hotkey is shown as "None")

I'm reinstalling to see if that fixes it.
