Selling item to vendor = No mana?

A few times tonight I've used the "Sell All" feature and have gotten no mana. At all. Nothing.

Are you, per chance, at the soft cap of 600m?

I'm at about 879m, and I actually had a little over 1 billion this morning, and even then I was still able to get mana.
