Black Screen of Death

So I've been getting the black screen of death alot lately. Usually happens within 10mins of the application be open.... sometimes I get 1hr of playtime before it happens. Either way this didnt use to be the case at least around the time of the first shards release. My graphic drivers are up to date so I don't think thats the issue. Any fix?

This used to happen to me a lot for games, turns out it was my graphic card's fan. It wasn't spinning right so it would overheat. Could be your problem maybe.

But it doesnt happen on any other graphically intense game for me.
