First buildpost! I decided to make a build for people with low stats because there seem to be a lack of those on these forums :P
This build got me and my friend all the way up to wave 20 and probably could have gotten further but we decided to quit :) got a good genie pet out of it..
Build uses the following builders:

All defenses are buffed EXCEPT the 2 walls on the east stairs!
I can add builder stats later if requested..

Looking pretty good! Was just about to search for one of these guides :P
Do you think I can beat wave 15 with these stats: (pretty sure damage is enough but I'm not sure about my monk/ranger AoE
Btw I'm doing solo. Do you really need 2 players?

* addition 1: why is the str drain aura placed like that? isn't it supposed to be in the middle?
* addition 2: In the east part I'm not able to fit a 5 DU buff beam inside all the traps and beams :P guess my rangers AoE is not high enough. I'll just don't buff 1 proxy i guess.. What pet do you recommend? Guardian/DPS/imp?
I'm barely able to fit the 2nd harpoon in the 5DU buff beam :D

Yes im sure you can get to wave 15 with those stats :)
If you're playing solo it might be better to be active on your monk/initiate because of the tower boost ability.
I placed it slightly to the top wall because of the buff beam, this way the drain gets boosted aswell.

Ah very clever of you :P I'm still trying to position the 5DU beam :P
My initiate got like 30% resists in tavern lol. I never keep my monk out during combat. got a 300 remote defence boost :P I'll see what I can do ;)

completed wave 14 :) got this pretty crappy genie lol
I think I'm gonna redo the map tomorrow with 3 emulated controllers. Hope I can get a good one there lol :P Gonna use this one on my ranger I think and max the TDMG :P
btw. You rock, sir. This setup is genius. (hehe, you get it? GENIE-us ;))

Glad it worked out for ya!
I was trying it out solo myself and im on wave 18 now xD
Few things to look out for though:
Sharken - the sharken can charge from around the corner if you're not careful!
Proximity charges - my proxy's were too big with the buff beam so they overlapped which caused em to chaintrigger all together..

I love this map and go there to farm genies once in a while. I twiked my layout a lot lately for sharkens, but I thought I would share some tips that helped me get to 25 there :
Having an electric aura between the two crystals, boosted, covers all inside spiders spawn points. With 1k5+ dmg on your monk, this is sufficient to forget about spiders until w23. This gives you a loooot DU back, compared to this build (less DU on west boost beams, no more proxi under poons on the west too)
I usualy use only 3 poons on west, centered and boosted just behind the cristal. This is sufficient for Ogres and Genies. Using gas traps instead of snare there is also realy nice, with a boost between them (if you can afford not to boost the walls, go for something like this (http://ddplanner.com/?l=4999,west-side-concept)). This let you boost the proxies there too
It seems my full build got erased from ddplanner so I don't link it right now, sorry. I just explained some of the key ideas though.

- I dont think my electric aura is strong and wide enough to kill all spiders fast enough.
- If i were to put a harpoon in the center it wouldnt be boosted by buff beam anymore and with current stats i dont think i can do enough damage.
This is a build for low stat noobies (like myself) with towerstats UNDER 1k :)
And yes this build may be very DU consuming but it gets the job done!
This is the only map where i got past wave 12 on nightmare with my current stats so to me its worth it.
Thanks for your ideas though! they are surely noted and if i ever get pro ill use em for sure xD

I only had 1 sharken move my defence in all the 14 waves. And that was on the 2nd wave so I'd easily replaced them.
I got the same problem with proxies :P but with my new pet they should have enough charges to handle a couple minutes. atm i got 167 charges with a 2.54 reset time. This is a total of 7 minutes of charges. Should be enough for a wave and If not I can repair them easily :)

You sir are truly a master. I did your setup again. This time I reached wave 21 with pretty ease. I think I can complete wave 24 If i had more time though..
The pet again was really bad with 5 negs. But look what I found at my shop: MY VERY FIRST TRANS ITEM/PET ! :D (It's the tiger one :P)
I am not gonna buy the trans one I think.. Any1 got a good use for it? Only use I can think of is when doing assault challenge pack for it's stats :P
I'm gonna buy the app though. I can give that one a really good use :)

I try it with a friend playing Serie EV we are actually at the 21wave, with 97/100 UD (because at the 11th wave, a shark eject our tower, we try to replace it in game, but the tower has bug... and make it our max UD to 97...)
Really difficult, i'm stressed ^^ but thanks a lot, the stuff is awesome !!!
Our stats are
Serie EV : 350 all and 580 attack
Countess, hunt, monk : 600 all and 800 attack
ACTIVE player : Serie EV and Apprentice (useless apprentice you think, but i upgrade really quickly and i do all repair, and the Mana Bomb is cool versus Shark and ninja... and buster call ^^)
My alone problem is about shark, at every wave, they bump the right physical beam, fault of our stat, which are very low :D
