Tavernkeeper XP Bonus Information

The Tavernkeep sells the XP Bonus for 70,000 mana. I understand it gives 30% of the xp needed to level, up to level 70; And at level 70+ it drops to 10%. My questions are: A) Can I use multiples per level (I.E. Purchase 10, and get a free level up, at 70+.) B) Exactly how does it grant 10% of a level, does it simply give you the xp added to your bar, or does it give you a 1.1x multiplier for that entire level; again at level 70+.

Also, I have searched forum after forum for any information related to this topic to no avail. So any, and all, input would be greatly appreciated for all the noobs like myself.

Level 73 - 500-600K

I think i got like 2.5 mill Xp Bonus for lvl 79

Yeah I got about 2 mil while i was lvl 76

I got 4.5 mil going to 81

It's simply an instant bonus to your EXP total, once per level maximum.

Lol I totally forgot about the tavern keep bonus....saves me a glitterbrun or two then ill take it. I'm such a newb

at lv 78 i got 3.3 mill of xp
