shiprweck monsterfest bugged?

im not rly into monsterfest but i just started a game on insane and out of 8 players just 6 could spawn? is that normal or a bug?

thx. also still needs a fix in the pathing. some of the ogers at the end still dont know the way or just stand there and waiting for a taxi. few dont even attack if you hit them
