Allow viewing stats of items not for sale

I think every high end equipment seller has run into this problem. You have an item that you value at more than 600 million. Unfortunately you can't put it in your shop, because the maximum sell value is 600 million and setting the price to 0 means shoppers can't view the item's stats. So every seller with endgame equipment has their floor littered with trans and supreme items. It makes browsing a headache. Granted they'll still have the problem of possibly filling their shop inventory, but that's a separate issue.

So what's the deal with not being able to view stats of items not for sale?
