whats the use to play this game, if its going to freeze on you constantly and you seriously jeopardize, your save data but most importantly your console?

I tried building with my afk controller, then after build quit, so maybe it wont freeze due to the counter.. noi use...

you guys patched the dundef spider error in a week
you even announced it immidiatelly after patch 1.02

isnt the freezing more important
this game is now UNPLAYABLE

anger and frustration cannot begin to describe what I feel
however, as frustrated I am, its easier for me to categorize this as another broken game, and move on, than to continue being angry and frustrated over, even a good as this, game

I've played with 4 on certian maps (Glitterhelm included) with no problems. Have you tried redownloading the game and DLC? I know it's probably not the solution but the problem seems to be isolated to certian people..

Never had glitterhelm freeze, but almost always on Moraggo. Plus it's not just $15. DLC $4 a piece, plus the immense amount of time some of us have invested in our characters

Can't finish Mistymire since patch because I guarantee that the game will disconnect me mid wave 12. Perhaps it has something to do with me not having the new DLC? I dunno.

in case you haven't noticed, its not something minor, like a weapon having wrong stats, or a map not loading correctly

its the game freezing, being unplayable, and every time it freezes you risk of getting your game data corrupted, because of the nature of the points it freezes

maybe you are playing a different game, restarting the game every now and then, does not help
maybe you haven't understand the problem or not playing online enough to understand

glitterhelm works fine for me. Must be yours' or a friends connection honestly. Misty even works but has slow down, however, I logged out on misty strategy with a friend and summit is awful sometimes...

I even got the weapons with the wrong stats in the new map pack a few times though...

He's right, these things should be brought up to TE. These are things they NEED to hear. I don't have the freezing problem (as of yet) but it has rendered the game useless for so many people.

What I feel the issue is, they haven't addressed these problems, have they? (real question, not rhetorical). Small teams or not, communication is the key to any relationship (Ours being Developer and consumer) and TE mods or employees should be at least be responding to these issues, apologize for them, and inform the community of help on the way.

At this point it's seeming like they're ignoring the complaints until they have a fix or at least find out what exactly is causing the issue. Not very gentlemen-like.

yeah cause theres more than 1 Dungeon Defenders. and i definitely play my fair share online. if thats your complaint them play locally. If you can't deal with it, then just play when the next patch comes out, easy as that

1) People clearly have been complaining.
2) Regardless if they have other priorities, THEY broke their game and afterwards are going to place it on the backburner to other plans? They literally released a patch that broke some people's games. Bet if you bought a scratched CD and it freezes on you, you'd complain as well.

The freezes are pretty prominent though.. from glttr to tavern, late in misty, anytime in moraggo.. BUT, when I start skating and skipping, it helps to, in the game options, hit the sound fx and music, lower saturation and gamma, turn off damage #.. works on 4ppl misty where it used to freeze for me (postpatch)
