ok so i dunno what they changed recently but everythings droping with alot more negatives than normal im lucky to find anything useable without negative stats or compleatly negative resistances and they cant deny they changed something as before the latest few patches u could find usable equiptment all over the place now even misty is useless for farming gear

I still find good gear in in Misty mixed mode all the time, and i got a genie in the tavern shop that had 41x in tower health and 487 in tower attack, 227 ups, 5800 base, the other stats were moderately good, there was a few negatives, but none that outweighed the benefits...so, dunno what you mean

thread is titled with "drops in game" and you're talking about stuff from tav keeper???
and they HAVE changed something to cause this effect as stated by many people in many threads... so troll on troll.
I still find good gear in in Misty mixed mode all the time, and i got a genie in the tavern shop that had 41x in tower health and 487 in tower attack, 227 ups, 5800 base, the other stats were moderately good, there was a few negatives, but none that outweighed the benefits...so, dunno what you mean

That's great but OP is not talking about Tavern and the fact you can find something good out of thousands do not negate the fact that there's way more items with negative (-) than before. It is made worst by the fact that so many have multiple negative or a full set of resistance Neg happen way too often.
Then consider the other thing that seem to happen way too much lately, an items with a -60 to Hero Dmg and -48 to tower Dmg type of thing. So great the item can't really be used by a builder or a hero without a penalty.
My spouse ask me just recently after getting a Giraffe of -125 Hero Health and -60 to Tower Refresh if she was getting punished or something? Negative value feel like well... negative or like she said a punishment. This is compounded now that she's more Casual then me, so convincing here to go up to 25 waves will get harder if they keep throwing very crappy 'rewards'. Having found no items and a very bad Giraffe, she's questioning why spending the time doing that over and over just to get a couple good items to then try to bring her to nightmare mode and repeat the pain. (Her words).
So for more casual player that spend 1-3 hour sessions for 4-5 times a weeks, this is a big deal for sure. People spending a lot more time would eventually find good stuff and may not mind it so much as they are making credit in the process.
All in all, the increase in the negative, or 'thrash', drops combined with the fact that we have seen only 1 Myth in our recent Insane/HC/Mix round from wave 19 to 25 is NOT making it enticing for some people to run this again especially if that Myth is neg loaded making the run useless for that person. Not even to mention that often the Myth may be of the wrong armor type for the person seeking it, so getting one of you type with bad stats is hard on morale and motivation.
Again the sample of my spouse, an even some of my more casual friends, is something pushing them away from the later part of the game and in fact the game in general.

Yes i think item drops is something the entire community would love to see looked into and fixed. From reading the forum this week there are 3 major issues which need to be addressed:
1) Something done about the ability to "hack" items on ranked. I think the server should generate drops.
2) Something done to ensure the BEST items stay on the ground until end of the wave. I can't count the number of times a piece of 250^ armour has dropped in front of me and literally disappeared in the 3 seconds it took me to jump over my tower and grab it.
3) Something done to re-balance the item drops, imo the type of overly negative drops mentioned above would better not exist at all as they are utterly useless.
I would be suprised to hear any player in this community say that they dis-agreed with any of the 3 points above... so if this is something the community wants as a whole, perhaps Trendy will one day take steps to implement it?
We can always hope.

I agree drops have been getting worse alot even on NM HC MM misty forest wave 30 its nothing special anymore :/
Gotta be lucky to get good items. But still its like they cut the good drops by 50%

I don't know if it is the same effect but I noticed in UMF recently more than half the weapons that drop have less than 30 upgrades and -10 to 10 on all statss which is a joke really.

Pet rewards have always been a bit of a lucky dip. I think my first ever giraffe was 6 negs, and that was a couple of months ago.
Same with wave 14 pets. It sucks, but that definitely hasn't changed.
The number of ups and bonuses to stats? They've always been a bit of a lucky dip too. Some runs, I'd really see nothing worthwhile. Like, barely even good for my shop.
But! Recently the negs on armour have just been total rubbish. Like, in 4 months of playing, I don't recall ever seeing neg physical resists, and then in 2 runs, saw about 20 per run.
But, apparently nothing's changed.

i really hope they fix this as another run today on mm mixed mode and still no drops atleast i got a farly okish gerafe for once the thing is i already have full tricendent on a few chars but people wont be able to farm for it if they cant get the myth armour they need to get there without resorting to hacking
