View Full Version : Did they increase Mobs in MM Survival?

I'm pretty sure Wave 15 of Mistymire didn't used to have 7,978 Mobs. Just a couple patches ago I seem to recall never having more than 4k Mobs or so at even the very end! Anyone else had similar suspicions, either on Mistymire, or elsewhere?
EDIT: Just got half way through the 7.9k and now no more mobs are spawning. Literally, there is nothing there. We cannot complete the wave.

What patch are you on? I did Mist Mire last night through wave 30 and didn't notice anywhere near that many mobs. I did it duo and it was still the normal amount (under 2k i think?)

This is with the current patch 7.29c.
ugg, I did the run last night on 7.29b, I really hope this isn't a huge undocumented change.

I doubt it. Like I put in the edit, the mobs literally stopped spawning exactly half way, and nothing else is spawning and we've been waiting a good 10-15 minutes now.

I just started it on wave 15 to see if anything was up, it says the wave has 947 mobs. Dunno what's wrong with your game.

Yes, this bug has been around for at least a couple of weeks. It's just not consistent. If there is a huge number of mobs, this will always happen so when you do trigger the bug, it is best to simply restart.
If it's happening every time than the bug has just gotten worse.

Did host had a internet hiccup or a latency hiccup? I have had this happen to me on a NM Glitter (Campaign) run where I briefly lost internet, but not long enough for DD to kick me off, and the game kept playing, but Build Phase was spawning mobs, Mob count was completely off, and eventually it just stop spawning in the middle of a wave.

Nope. Latency was completely fine from what I could gather. Host couldn't see any abnormalities with his Net connection nor did the other players report any lag or any other latency related issues. =/
Just seems weird how this suddenly happened.
I've seen this bug before. This game is so full of them.

Like I said, it's been around for a couple of weeks. If not more. That's just how long people have actually been reporting it happen now and then. So it's not too sudden.
I'm still curious if it was only the one time or if it happens every time they try to host.
