Looks to me like you have enough for a Misty Survival, non mixed, hc run using Kandar's build.
If not, at least OMF.

You need a Tower HP waller. I farmed the warping core maps for Zamira gear and did it that way. Basically your EV waller can get 2000+ tower hp relatively easy. This results in you progressing much further and completing OMF and getting deep into misty with Kandar's build.
