Am I Backlisted?

I am backlisted or something cause every 8 out 10 games, I get kicked from the game immediately after joining. The only reason I can imagine for being kicked immediately is I have been backlisted for
1) cheating
2) duping
3) They are doing the above and don't want me to catch them doing it

Since I know for a fact that I am not cheating and i despise cheater and I've seen some weird stuff lately(*cough* over sized weapons *cough*) I don't believe that to be the reason for what I'm experiencing. Any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

well i think they do because they just either A.want to put their controllers in for extra weapons, B. want to just play with friends, C. they are waiting for friends to join, D. they are just being *** lol

There are a bunch of people that will kick you from their games for no reason at all. A lot of people on this forum has probably been kicked at least once, even when their on the loading screen. It seems like people don't know what private games are. One example of kicking would be if you join a game the host might say, "Do you have mods?" when you tell him/her "no" he/she will boot you. If you join another game and if you don't have mods then the host might also kick you. If you don't want to be kicked from a lot of games try and find some people on this site to play with. The game now is pretty much filled with people with modded weapons and something really needs to be done about it.

The answer would be no. A lot of people are just morons on this game.

nah everyone in the community talks about you.... i mean really? no. Dude its almost impossible to stay in a pub game for a second without getting kicked

Essentially what UnarmedReaper07 said. The 360 online is filled with hacked gear ("mods") and you're going to be kicked from most games if you don't also have hacked gear. You'll also typically be kicked from any insane difficulty games if you aren't level 70 (which I see some of your characters aren't) so keep that in mind too. Make friends on the forums :). Then you can join good legit games without fear of being randomly kicked.
