So I've just seen a mana hacker buy stuff from other player shop and his mana did not drop. My question now is how am I going to report this as screenshots wouldn't rly prove anything.

How could they know they hacked if I don't have a screenshot to prove it?
At a guess.. TE can probably check a player's stats in-depth, including how much mana they have and what they've bought, and if that's the case, it'll show them that s/he's been buying hundreds of millions of mana worth of items without losing actually spending any or that s/he's been getting mana from nowhere.

get a screen shot of the tavern store name, or engage them in conversation in ingame chat get them to offer and take a SS of that. The hard part is many USD shops will tell you to add them to steam to discuss things.

IF that is the case Rat than okay I hope that guy gets banned lol. Cause he bought out a random person shop out and his mana didn't drop down it stayed 2 bil mana.

There really is not much that can be done. They can only look into the value changes and the thing is: Values change appropriately when freezing the mana value. If you ever seen a mana hacker, you will notice that for a second his mana actually drops, causing the value to adjust monumentarily.
Unless you have a video, you do not have any hard evidence and unless Trendy keeps a log of such things(which is quite impossible considering the number of trades and value changes), they will not be able to act with proof.
How do I know this? Experience with Cheat Engine as someone who is interested in finding vulnerabilities in game codes and running servers back in the day on games, which were equally vulnerable. Often had to ban without evidence, since such things are hard to proove.

I see well they might need to increase the upload limit for the report a player than since uploading a vid sometime takes up a lot of memory :)
