Dungeon Defenders Nightmare Complete DLC problem...

Hey guys,
first my English is not the best but I think most of you can understand what I mean,

My Probleme is that a friend of me have bought the Nightmare Complete DLC but he can not play Nightmare
If he unlock the nightmare mode he became a MsgBox where is written that he have to bought it first before he can use Nightmare and I hope most of you can help me :)

I think this happens when somebody just buys the 2 new DLC, and not the complete DLC pack with the 2 pre-purchased ones, only the DLC pack with all 4 parts get the Nightmare option. (atleast, this is what I think)

He Have bought the complety dlc and he can not play..

He have first bought Part 1 and Part 2 and later the other 2

That's what he means, you already have the first 2 parts. There is a preorder for all 4 parts, you need that to get Nightmare mode. It's 12.99 and comes with Assault and the new jungle map packs.

send a message to steam and ask for a refund on them and they will let you buy the preorder DLC. You will still get the first 2 parts and the 2 map packs and later when the next 2 parts come out, you will get those instantly when they come out.

Please keep in mind it may take a few days for steam support to get back to you, especially now. Given that we just passed a holiday weekend added to that, I have heard rumor that gaben took the majority of the company to Hawaii recently with their families. I would imagine that they have some backlog to work through. Just be patient.
