So its a cyborg type character with the ability to use staffs and guns. Now to find out if it can build or is it more like a barb. If you doubt the weapon usage hop on a squire, countess, barb and look at the app weapons and bow weapons and note there are 3 classes that can use them.

I don't think it can use swords. The media we have shows bows and staffs only.

Nope I believe its staves and bows with the arc cannon ability, and the whole character is focused mainly on towers to counter the barbs melee focus.
