New Loot Color Idea

Please instead of the near useless green dot system for upgrades.. can we do this:

Item Upgrades 1-50 Black Dot
Item Upgrades 51-100 Some other Color
Item Upgrades 101-150 another color
Item Upgrades 151-200 another.

Or Let the user define the minimum upgrade count of an item to show up as green. That way the user can decide what is an upgrade and not the current system.

Thoughts?

id be happy with being able to put green arrows on any loot above a certain quality. i.e. anything godly or better has the green arrows, or myth, or whatever.
