I'm not the type that complains easily, but the connectivity to Trendynet has been horrible in the past month or so. Getting disconnected from my own game dozens of times in a single session.

In the past 2 weeks i've gotten disconnected in NMHCMM survival at wave 25 three times, out of 20 tries i've managed to "complete" the survival TWICE, once made it all the way and once i failed at wave 22.

Now it's getting to the point where one might start demanding reimbursement...

I am aware that some of these connection problems might be steam's fault, but theres no way for a consumer to be sure.

Yeah this is just ridiculous. I'm trying to progress on your hardest content, but I'll disconnect for less than a second through steam, and trendy boots me to the server list. It doesn't even boot me offline. We all complained a TON in another thread on here --> http://forums.trendyent.com/showthread.php?49003-Lost-Network-Connections

Really this is just unplayable. The concept of the game is that we need to have a reliable connection for hours at a time, and one single .0005 second slip up completely ruins everything. I'm just so tired of all of this. It proves that no matter how amazing a game is, all it takes is some technical issue bullcrap to completely ruin all the work that all of the developers put into it.

I understand that it may not be your problem, but honestly I would really appreciate it if you could at least get some insight into the situation. There's too many upset customers, and it's been completely ruining your game for over a week now. Something needs to be done.

Whether it's steam or trendy or whatever, please try to find an answer for us.

100% behind this and the OP. I've had a ticket open with Steam Support for about six days and nothing useful has come from them. If Steam Support can't help us the problem/burden has to fall to someone and it shouldn't be the consumer. It has to be you, Trendy. We need some kind of help. The game pretty much loses all of its fun knowing at any second of any wave you can DC. If it's Steams fault or yours the people who actually support your company/game shouldn't be the ones suffering for it.

I've had two 25+ Misty DC's so far and countless sub 20 wave DC's. I can't even host games for my friend and I because the fear of a .01 second DC and loosing all of our hard work (also neat bug with this is when you're DUOing and DC all the loot on the map disappears, happened to us a couple times). I'm extremely excited for the new DLC coming in a couple days but fear not being able to enjoy it the way it was intended to be because of technical problems.

i have the same f"ing problem.
it happens alott and it drives me f'ing crazy.
it only happens with dungeon defenders , random disconnects.
Please fix the problem its here for like for ever !

another problem is that monsters glitch trough barricades : we were on wave 20 hc misty survival mm , and a rat glitched trough the barricade and destroyed the cristal in 1 BANG ! ( happens also with orcs )
im a pretty calm person , but my blood is boiling after i play for example 2hours or more then i get disconnected or a monster glitches trough the defence !
