Failed to create game!

Every time I try to create an open or private game, it hangs at "Creating Game..." for about 10 to 15 seconds, then says "Failed to Create Game!" and gives me no other info.

Are there issues with the server? I can connect to trendynet and join games, but cant create my own. Is this on my end or theirs?

First thing to try is this in Steam:

1. Click "Property" from pop up menu for "Dungeon defenders"
2. In "General" tab, Click "Set Launch options"
3. Add "-tcp"

If that doesn't work try to make sure your Steam name doesn't contain any special characters like " / " .
