When does the tower attack speed give diminishing returns for the squire?

I currently have about 700+ in speed and was wondering how far above this i would have to go to get the most out of the stat.

Although i do not know the exact number, i believe you should not put any upgrade/level points into Tower Speed or Tower Range.
Since Tower Attack and Tower Health scale much better.

That's not true. While Tower HP and Damage are the most important, you'll want at least 800 in Tower Range and as much Tower Attack Rate as you can get. There are diminishing returns with Tower Attack Rate, but the more the better. I wouldn't settle for anything less than 1000 once you start to get better gear. But at the same time, don't gimp yourself on Tower HP/Damage to get more Tower Attack Rate, but it's still quite important.
