Lost Heros moving slow? Or just skipped me?

So my data went corrupt quite a while ago so I messaged lost heroes about it to recover my lost event weapons,and guess what happened? Nothing,I had all event weapons ( except for kyrate,kyrate junior,and defenderstar ). I messaged them,waited two weeks and...nothing. Messaged them again about another week ago,still nothing at all. Both times I didn't use the windows outlook either time because its not installed on my computer. So you can understand my frustration when all of all these other people getting their items back. And some even getting armor on top of their replaced event weapons!

So did I do something wrong whe contacting them? Or am I missing something here?
HELP ME OUT HERE GUYS! Im hurtin' here,give me a band-aid or something!
