Lost ranked progress/characters

I was playing on steam, attempted to join a shop and the game crashed. When I reloaded to ranked I lost all my characters, my crystal setting, and I would assume my items/ pets/ mana. What should i do I'm scared to make a new character and lose all my progress.

First thing you should do is STOP logging into TrendyNet, this could cause you to push your backups out of our system. Then if you send an email to lostheroes@trendyent.com with a link to your steam profile page and they should be able to restore your characters for you!

Received an email back that said the characters were restored and 100 million mana added as a sorry for the inconvenience when I logged back in the characters still werent there... what should i do from here?
