This ubertastic mind blowing pet for builders hacked?

I seen him in my shop and got the story and just had to post this asking the DD public their thoughts.

Why would anyone sell this pet if it was in tavern like this thread says?

I find it hard to believe this is not hacked but then again why would someone sell a hacked pet when they could just hack the mana? They messing with trendy or players? Supposedly there was a picture of this in the guys tavern but that doesnt work anymore. In any event lets see what the players think. Please vote on the poll.

A reply by a Trendy employee stating if this pet is hacked would also be greatly appreciated and I am sure peace of mind if its real for the buyer, KarierterUhu, who is a nice guy.

Well 360 in all tower stats = pretty much hacked.
Whoever modified it thought he/she could outsmart by putting a Negative stat on Speed, which just caps at 100.
But then again it could be genuine? Wow that's like a 1 in a gazillion chance?

Reading that thread I feel like this COULD BE one hell of a rare pet pop-up xD And yea he could have hacked the mana, but who knows he's actually messing around?! Can't say man...I voted for hacked though :D Let's see if some Mod/Dev replies back on this...

Most certainly hacked.

Even if he invested all the ups into tower stats, this would have to spawn with an average with 330 in EACH tower stat.
And thats not gona happen.

And just in case that this might be possible as a one in a gazillion legit drop, it would have a muuuuuuch higher base value. 103 mil with 119 invested ups? That not even one million base. I bought hawks from tavernkeep with 100 all tower stats and those were already at over 500k base value. So a pet with 330 all tower would most certainly have a higher base value than one million.

So no, this is hacked.

Edit: Just actually read the post :o Soooooooooo, there once was picture of the pet in the tavern but it has now mysteriously disappeared... suuuuuuuuuuuuuure. I have also have a picture of my 6 foot ****, but imgageshack swallowed it^^ (the picture, not the ****, you pervert :p)

It's pretty much cheated. The chances of having that many high stats not negative is already a REALLY LOW chance, let alone -4- stats over 300 (and a 5th almost at 300). Let's just say to get all 8 stats to be positive and over 150 is like a 1 in 334k chance? (we were doing the math in IRC earlier). Now imagine the chances of getting one in the tavern like that. GL trying to convince anyone it's legit.

And to answer why sell it for mana from the threads, because cheaters who get super pro items but play with other players need to have some sort of cover. If they sell their items it looks like they're playing legit and advancing through maps like anyone else and come across items they no longer need. A solo playing cheater generally won't sell their items because who cares, no one sees their stats anyway to want to think they don't play legit.

TL;DR, this pet IS possible to generate like that, but the odds are extremely small.

Don't know about pets, but the armors/weapons I checked all had 7% chance to be a negative hero/tower/ability stat, then if the stat was over 145, a 60% chance to be negative.

The 60% deal would still be the same. Only thing unsure about is the 7% negative part.

Means, to have a fully randomized fair item with 8 stats over 145, 5 of them would be negative. This is why people boasting 8 stats of 300+ all positive are looked at with frowny faces. :demon:

How many with 7 or 8? I'm not saying it's impossible, I'm saying the likelihood is incredibly rare that every item can be considered cheated unless proper proof provided. Look at how many people get items like this. DD has to have the luckiest community of any online game.

Probably hack but unless you get it yourself i wouldnt use it, a while back i got a ginie and it had 4 300 stats but it had at least 3 negs on it and it was glitch out at 1/0 so I wont say pets with high stats cant happen yet I dont see people selling such rare things.

Still there is no prove that it is hacked, the rarity or how common hacks are in dd dont determine its legality...

This thread will go nowhere because only an official can tell the truth and people (not talking about u, Sakisan) are posting, even witout having experience or real knowledge about stuff on this level.

Yes there is a way to prove this is hacked, you moron.

Look at its bloody value. To be worth 103 million after 119 invested upgrades this had to start at a base value far below what a 151 upgrade 330 all tower stat pet would have.

I'm looking at 120 upgrade pet with ~100 to all tower stats right now and that is already worth 2 million base without any upgrades. I also got a pet on one of my chars that started out at 500k base value and is now already at 80 million with only 70 upgrades invested.

This isn't rocket since, its comon sense.

Edit: I took the liberty of looking at your steam profile and your friends list. Since there is a Gregorian on that i presume you bought it from that guy. He has about 200 hours of playtime on DD and since i know where i currently stand with 300 hours playtime of farming myself up & leveling chars [Not anywhere close to running Misty Survival Wave 30] im very much interested how that guy got to this level of play so fast.

Sorry, but the more i get to know about this the more red flags pop up.

To the facts: this pet is worth 103m Mana @ vendor and my 152^ Pet with overall a bit less than half of max tower stats is worth 63m, so this is no prove still...

Id really like an official telling me the truth, since im not arguing at all, and im interested if its legit or not myself...
