As I'm sure you guys at Trendy have noticed, there has been some confusion regarding the 7.17e buff to resistances and where they should be now considering the patch notes.
The 7.17e note reads:
* 10% Resistances effectiveness buff to NM
which is leading to the confusion as it is ambiguous. It could be read to mean that the multiplier is changing from 50% to 60%, or that the increases is 10% of the current 50% multiplier, making 55%.
In the future, please consider wording the patch notes more along the lines of this note from 7.13c:
* Increased Player Armor Resistance multiplier from 40% to 65% in Nightmare for clarity.
