Hello DD community. It's time for me to contribute to this forum. So I though it would be good to show how I killed the boss in the latest patch (7.16c) with a youtube video.
This is the setup I am currently using. It's a mixed setup of a survival setup I use and a boss setup .

Stats:
Builder squire:
HP: 1050
Dmg: 2142
Radius: 791
Attack rate: 1368
Aura monk:
HP: 709
Dmg: 1062
Radius: 2048
Speed: 387
Apprentice walls:
HP: 2158
Dmg: X
Radius: X
Speed: X
Squire tank /w guardian:
HP: 1231
Hero DMG: 1844

We did this with 3 people including me. (Would be a lot easier with 4ppl actually)
I was the boss tanker using a squire guardian to maximize the lifetime of our towers that the boss would eat as dinner.
The other guy was the boss repairer and tower booster. I wasn't able to repair the towers 99% of the time since the qeeen would spit out spider web on me.
And my last friend was running around with a huntress guardian boosting towers if and ogre would arrive. If there was no ogres, my friend was boosting the towers near the queen. (Huntress + apprentice = a LOT of damage!!)
Unfortunately in the end the queen decided to eat the tower instead of me and the towers was webbed all the time and it took us awhile to kill the boss without 2 HT (harpoon tower) dedicated to hit the queen in the chest (=max damage on her).
You can use this setup with 2/3 or 4 people in the team. I've done it with 2 and 3 and it's a pretty solid setup.
