Purchases through steam

So I went and purchased your game, and barbarian, and the assault pack. And started playing the game, I then realized that I liked the game a lot and saw that the Eternity Shards was only $3.99, so I bought that. Well now I have got the gear to do Nightmare mode, and cant because I didn't purchase the Lost Eternia Shards Complete DLC. Isn't that a little ridiculous that in order to do nightmare mode, I'd have to spend $12.99, and be out the $1.99 for the assault mission pack, and the $3.99 for the Lost Eternia Shards Part 1. Can't you guys just give people that purchased the Lost Eternia Shards Part 1 Nightmare mode to. I get that you wanted people to buy the pack, but if we buy Packs 2-4 when they come out for $3.99 (which I'm sure you'll make them) we'll end up spending more money buying the packs separately anyway, why screw the people that messed up buying pack 1 out of nightmare mode? I mean, if there's a way that I can change in the Lost Eternia Shards Part 1 and the Assault pack and $7.01 and get the Lost Eternia Shards Complete DLC then I'd do it.

I know how it is when you click the wrong button or you just didn't see the other option. I feel for you and I think they may come out with something where you can get nightmare mode in a new DLC for a few $ or they could come up with a discount for buying the pack even if they just gave you a code 2 use if that's possible. I know they are trying to make it work for everyone and all in time. Its just how they have designed it from the start as you said trying to get people to buy the pack. I don't think its all for getting more money as it just will give people a reason to keep playing and make it a better playing experience for everyone. As you said it stinks not being able to do nightmare or have that equipment its like a part of the game is missing without it. So I hope they do give another option to people in the future so they don't miss out on it.


Company are just people, not perfect but as long as they stay people they can understand US, people.

The option to buy the complete pack and get early NM access is available to you and has been since QELS launched. I don't mean to sound uncompassionate, but at some point you have to look to yourself when trying to find someone to blame for your own decisions.
I mean, if there's a way that I can change in the Lost Eternia Shards Part 1 and the Assault pack and $7.01 and get the Lost Eternia Shards Complete DLC then I'd do it. Have you tried talking to Steam customer support? It's them you bought the game through, not Trendy. They may be able to refund your part one purchase and let you buy the complete pack. That's up to Steam, though, not Trendy.

Steam has been doing refunds of the dlc pack 1. I do not know the conditions or time limit but they have done it in the last.

I suggest you go to them and see id they will let you upgrade.

And as far as steam giving a refund for pack 1, I'd love to try, but there support is terrible, and I'm not able to get a ticket in order to even post it. So now I get to hunt for a number to contact cause websites always love hiding them.

So for future notices, No steam WILL NOT refund Pack 1 or any DLC's, I just got a email from them stating so. So all rumors of them doing so, is bs. Please make a new dlc that contains nightmare mode, so people who messed up buying pack 1, can play nightmare.
