So, I encountered this problem with ranked progression not saving last saturday. And ladies and gentlemen, I have found the culcript at least on my computer.
The logitech unifying wireless receiver.
When I uninstall the drivers for it the progress is saved on ranked and the blue loading-wheel also behaves correctly (disappears after a while, not loaging forever). I have no idea how it could affect the game but it does.
