I cant earn any mana

I played a few mana farming games yesterday and I didnt recive any mana at all. I tried to sell some times and didnt get any mana for that either. Is there anyway to fix that?

If you have 200million or more, you can not collect mana or sell items for mana. You can sell items in your shop to 2Billion tho
