Is this app guardian legit or hacked?

Hello, I traded for this app guardian for a weapon and some mana, it looks legit but 1 problem. I remember that when I got it, it had +5 on the 3 stars (5 tower buff) at level 1. I have seen a couple other guardians with more than the normal +1 tower buff stat on afk shops so I thought it was ok. But after obtainaing guardians on my own, I have not seen a single one with more than +1 tower buff for a base stat. Anyone know if this is legit or not? I don't want to be banned being innocent.

sorry bud but this item is hacked.

2 reasons:
1) the total stats on that item is roughly 1400. Any items with over 1000 total positive stats are almost always hacked, and only on rare circumstances they are real and your app guardian do not qualify. (due to reason 2)
2) items have increments of quality where the base mana price, stat quantity, and upgrades are ALL connected. For example, an item with some 200+ stats will have 160-230 upgrades, ALWAYS. So for your pet to have a chance of being legit it has to be in the HIGHEST quality increment. Meaning it needs to have 240-254 upgrades or over 254 upgrades where it rolls over to 10-30 upgrades.

Now, if you had the BASE price of that app guardian, it would be VERY easy to determine it's legitimacy.
