View Full Version : New player with question about losing items

Hello

Been playing this game for about a month now and absolutely love it. Got a few friends to buy the game as well, and we play in parties almost nightly. After a month of playing, I have all 4 characters to lvl 70 (xbox360), with decent items.

.... Until about an hour and a half ago, when I logged in to find all my mana from bank gone (5.6million - not all that much), all items on every character gone, and all items that i had neatly organized in my tavern gone. I perused a few of the topics here with similar problems, but no real solutions. I immediately thought someone hacked into my account somehow (ethernet cable, though all my saved files are on my hard drive), and proceeded to cancel my account, in case someone got a hold of my credit card info...

So now what? Is this a XBL problem, a hard drive problem, a Trendy problem...? I'm pretty miffed that all my items i've worked pretty hard to obtain in the last month are all gone....

Any responses, civil of course, would be greatly appreciated.

Your save file had corrupted. Sorry. Send an email to lostheroes@trendyent.com with what you had on your save.

waste of time, as hundreds of these threads. get over it and start all over again, this is the one thing u can do.
orquit game, maybe this is an option too.

Don't be negative. It only took about 20 minutes for Trendy to reply to me surprisingly! I can help you get some of the items back, if you want?

Wait! What? They did reply to you. Thats...good, but how and why? What did they tell you and how did you contact them?

Sorry the delayed responses, console fans! We have a ton of save corruption emails to get through, but if you've sent us an email, keep an eye on your inbox over the next day or two.

This happened to me and I'm on ps3 but what me and my friend have noticed is that it's only the players who have playstation plus. Also the people who got the monkey dlc package so this might be a leading cause.

wow suprprisingly news.
they never respnded to me. but ure really lucky if they do to u ;)

i started all over again , so i dont need any reply for a 3 month old e-mail. even how would they know any items i got. i lost many near perfect and some perfect armor at this point.
but 3 month after that i have some decent items ... whats the point to get now items back `?

anyway great to hear there is some progress.
