but i dont thing so its can be legit :S all stat 14* only bad thing is 1/38 upgrade som1 tell me pls ?
And if hacked then just sell it or what ?

What exactly makes this an impressive find?
These sorts of things are common in NM, and are typically regarded as garbage because they have an absolutely unusable amount of upgrades.

simply having +100 to stats doesn't make it impressive. You can find similar stat staves fairly easily by doing the first few waves of NM UMF (with better upgrade levels).

Nothing wrong with being new. My question wasn't to seem condescending or patronizing. I am honestly curious why the other poster believes it to be a very impressive find.
