I was wondering if this was hacked because its stats were above 468

Iffy. It's obviously from late wave Misy where items bug out and go over the 360 stat cap. But 3 stats over the cap with only 2 negs is fishy.

This is totally in the realm of possibility of a legit weapon.

The forest cutters are notorious for having crazy stats like this.
I've personally found much better than this on NM MM HC
