Nightmare Drops Nerf?

Is it just me or did the quality of drops take a nerf even with 4 people since the new patch. (3 controlers)


I've been doing endless spires to level my barbarian, and potentially find new gear, but everything is either:

- cursed, torn, epic or amazing


Occasionally, I'll get a low end mythic here and there with 1-50^ (sometimes a decent mythic 75+^).

I thought it was bad luck, but its happening so often with 4 people on the map where the map is littered in
cursed/amazing type gear. I mean with 4 people there is a ridiculous increase in mobs, I thought most of the "crappy gear" would be replaced by the "better" gear when the limit of items on the map was exceeded.


Then again I could just be having horrible luck.

Probably the better armor being replaced with the crappy weapons.

So my potentially mythical upgrades are being replaced by weapons that sell for 67 mana? Seriously?

Yes I've yet to find a map that drops gear like it used to. Insane seems better loot now.

Yeah, a couple more runs and the same thing is occurring. I honestly think trendy looks over the player guides that help players,
advance in gear that are very successful and nerf them to oblivion. Guess I got to find another way. I can't exactly do survival yet since I don't have the stats too, and if I try to join the pub I get kicked almost instantly for not having good enough stats.
Another reason is there aren't many pub games to join on nightmare to begin with so I'm really at a loss.

I don't mind farming mana to some point to buy gear from other players.... but sometimes its difficult to find affordable gear that actually provides a significant boost to bother swapping out, and the mana farming in my position seems to have taken an enormous dive.

Did ramparts HC and on wave 19 it was already dropping gear better than it used to on 25...

Indeed, I did like 2 runs of MAGUS(yea, that crap map which probably drops nothing but starter myths) with my friend, and I already have sold so much stuff worth over 200-300m from my afk shop, this topic is just irrelevant or you aren't searching the loot properly, remember sometimes GREEN items aren't always the best items.
I'll add another detail here stuff I gathered from 2 runs of Magus I properly only played 1st run: 13th to pet wave, 2nd run 1st to pet wave, and I picked up stunning items having 110^ and really worthy stats in my 1st run, that's the reason we decided for another run, and same again got good stuff post 10th wave, regular stuff before that.
Nothing as such has been nerfed really, no offense but just stop making misleading threads like this.

If you had actually read, this was pretaining to campaign, as it was stated I am unable to do survival, but then again i guess i'll try to do survival now.

Sorry about that, I thought you were doing survival grinding!
Anyways about - cursed, torn, stocky or basically just plain crap items appearing it's coz of spiders. Go to any map kill a spider check what kinda gear it drops, it's usually gonna be crappy like cursed or similar :) !!! I can't confirm but so far i've played a lot, and never seen a spider drop anything above Polished or Amazing(in rare cases).

Edit: Also about affordable gear, you might want to check in my shop and check the stuff yourself, and don't be shocked if you find a 100^ priced at a mere 2m or so, coz in most afk shop it'll be 50m+ haha :) !!!
