Squire Noob Question

So, I got the game Christmas and just started a Squire.

When do you get the War Hammer? Is it random, like the "Cloud" swords? Or is it a boss weapon?

Its a random drop weapon.

OK, so I get that it's a random drop now, but I've looked all over the wiki (thank you Mizz-Man88, by the way), and I don't know what lvl. it drops at. Does it drop on Hard difficulties, or higher Hero lvl.s?

higher difficulties what level are you ill try and get a good one for you if your on xbox 360 ?

Me iz on 360 and my Squire is... I wanna say around 14. I just got to use the Demonic Training Blade.
