Where are the save games for open/local stored? Also, if i delete them will that delete my tavern trophies and item box? (because that is what i want to do)

edit: sorry about the title, meant to say stored?

I think it's in the steam folder.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Dungeon Defenders\Binaries\Win32.

It should be called DunDefHeroes.dun but i'm not 100% sure about that!
Also, I don't know if it removes the thropies, I don't think it does. But why do you want to do that?

They added an additional copy of the user data to prevent either users or the game from accidentally corrupting them all.

The first two copies are in the folder "C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\Dungeon Defenders\binaries\win32" (at least they are in Windows XP) and they are named DunDefHeroes.dun and DundefHeroes.bak. The game checks for dun first then bak.

If it can't find either of those, they've now stashed away another copy of DunDefHeroes.dun in the Steam userdata folder for the game. The folder path looks something like "C:\Program Files\Steam\userdata\<some long number, maybe user id>\65800\remote".

Delete all three copies and all Open/Local data will be wiped completely. If you got bonus pets or weapons with the game (I think everyone does get some of one kind or another), the crates that contain them will appear anew in your newly empty tavern.

Note that if you just want to copy your characters to back them up you only need to back up the one DunDefHeroes.dun file that is in the Dungeon Defenders folder. All the others are only for emergency recovery if that one is corrupt.
