Guess we should of seen it coming, i tried logging in and out of steam a couple times but no luck

Same here, i have the achievement but its locked... sure it will unlock in a bit... or just another bug

Im unable to acces it but thats probably because I dont have the achive or am even close =P (my highest level is 35), but give it some time and it should probably unlock, but I have a good feeling it will never unlock for me.

Did you have to log out of Steam in order for it to show up? Or did you just back out to the main menu?

It appears so. Why give a reward that isn't DLC related to something that requires the DLC? I don't have the alternate gender pack, and have no intention on purchasing it. This was dissapointing :(
