I brought this up 2 weeks ago on steams forums, and I've sent two emails to trendyent's support before that but they've yet to respond back to me.

Connected to TeddyNet a ~2-3 weeks ago and found all my online accounts deleted. Particularly annoyed that my 74 has been deleted, along with 6B worth of gear and 1.5B mana on the account. All the mana is gone when creating a new account.
I did not cheat, nor hack. Not sure why they're deleted but I did notice that the session before they were deleted that all my characters were going in slow motion, even after restarting and reconnecting. No idea why, especially since I had a speed of over 1k.
I'd like my characters restored ASAP. My steam name is swisherzig.
