New to Dungeon Defenders - Questions

Hi everyone, I just want to ask some things.

1st : Is Monk any good for PvP or PvE/PvM
2nd : What is the best class for PvP/PvM/PvE ( Solo - Duo - Trio - Quadro Grouping )

I'm no expert, but untill you get a better answer:

It all depends on what you want to do.

Towers:
squire tends to be most needed,
Monks auras help alot on the harder levels (strength drain)
Apprentice towers are apparently bugged at the mo.. awaiting patch.

DPS:
squire, can do very heavy damage, but is close range,
huntress very high dps at long range,
apprentice (not tried, but can make a good dps so i have heard.

Later in the game you may want a trapper specced huntress.

I'm sure others can give you more info.. but thats what i have picked up on so far.

How about reading the forums? If you are new I suggest you look around, most things you think of have probably already been asked =)

The point is you're asking a weird question. It's too broad. Obviously all classes have their pros and cons. Read around the console discussion to find what people use etc.
