Complete Game Reset

Is it possible to reset my own game stats, so i can start from beginning (like a new game)?
And if it is, how i can reset the game?

Ranked: Contact trendy requesting a wipe for your acc.
or
go to a shop, buy up everything, open a game, drop everything from item box to ground, return tavern, delete heroes.

Just delete all your chars, start a new one? Why contact trendy unless you want trophies/achievements gone?
